Seven desserts, made in our own kitchen at 82-84 Stanley Street, Darlinghurst: kunefe that arrives at the table still bubbling, pistachio baklava in both the classic and the cold version, and sutlac, the baked Turkish rice pudding that most people have never tried and then order every time after.
We are a short walk from Kings Cross, Museum Station and the eastern edge of the CBD. Dessert is served all day, not just after dinner.

Is kunefe served hot?
Yes, and it has to be. Kunefe is only itself for a few minutes: crisp kataifi pastry outside, molten cheese inside, cool syrup over the top. We cook it to order and bring it to the table still bubbling, so it is a dine-in dessert rather than a delivery one.
