Authentic Turkish Food in Sydney
Turkish cooking is regional, and we cook it that way. Kuymak comes from the Black Sea highlands, menemen from the Aegean, adana from the south east, and the breakfast tradition, kahvaltı, literally "before coffee", runs through all of it. Our kitchen works from those regional recipes rather than a generic kebab-shop menu.
Everything from the grill is cooked over charcoal. Gozleme and pide are hand-rolled to order. The mezze are made in house daily, and the baklava and kunefe are the traditional syrup-and-pistachio versions, served hot.
